Alright, so I have to confess...I am an older dude with a huge adoration for Adventure Time...sadly, so does my best friend.

I figured, what better way to celebrate my friend's birthday, than to make him an Adventure Time Birthday card..... a la "my style".

Allow me to explain what I mean by "my style". I like to draw comic style drawings in black and white, with minimal colour. Not sure why, its my style. I have always loved black and white to colour....might be because I listen to too much of the Cure, or because I wear too many dark clothes...who knows!

So I thought I would use MY style and put a twist on a colourful cartoon!

And voila! The result is above!

Took a few hours, due to all the silly lines...I draw everything by hand, with no digital help (other than sharpening the image to fix scanner mistakes). I dislike using digital, but I guess I should learn...eventually!

Anyway! Enjoy, and let me know what you think!

***EDIT: OH DEAR GLOB..... I just realized I never finished the candy cane near the "M" ....... Sorry! No ones perfect! haha

Oh wow! Thanks! Makes me feel good about it hehe, that it at least brings back positive memories! (would be worse if someone said "reminds me of the time I had food poisoning" LOL)
